Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for purchases made within the LookDrop service (the "Service") operated by MindLoop Apps Ltd., Agion Omologiton 15, 1080 Nicosia, Cyprus.
1. What You Are Buying
LookDrop uses a token‑based system:
- You purchase tokens (or similar digital credits) via third‑party payment providers.
- Tokens are then spent to access certain features, such as generating AI outfit images.
- Tokens are digital content / digital services, delivered and available for use immediately after a successful payment.
Tokens have no cash value, are non‑transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
2. General Refund Rule
Except where required by applicable law:
- All token purchases are final and non‑refundable.
- We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partially used token packages.
- Unused tokens that remain on your account.
- Dissatisfaction with the style, quality, or appearance of AI‑generated images.
Please review your order carefully before completing a purchase.
3. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (Cooling‑Off)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, the law normally provides a 14‑day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases. However, for digital content/services that are delivered immediately, this right may be lost once performance has begun with your consent.
By purchasing tokens in LookDrop, you:
- Request immediate access to the digital content/service.
- Acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the tokens are credited to your account and/or used.
Where the law still grants you a withdrawal right (for example, if tokens have not been used and local rules apply), we will honor that right in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. When We May Consider a Refund
Even though purchases are generally non‑refundable, we may review and, at our discretion, grant a partial or full refund in specific situations, such as:
Duplicate or accidental charges
- You were unintentionally charged more than once for the same token package.
Technical issues on our side
- Your purchase was successful but tokens were not credited to your account and we cannot correct the issue promptly.
Unauthorized purchases
- There is evidence that your account or payment method was used fraudulently (we may require proof and/or cooperation with your payment provider).
We will not normally refund tokens that have already been spent, except where we determine that a technical error on our side caused a significant problem (e.g. repeated failures that still consumed tokens without generating results).
All such refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed.
5. How to Request a Refund Review
To request that we review a purchase for a possible refund:
- Contact us by email at contact@lookdrop.ai with:
- Your full name.
- The email address of your LookDrop account.
- Date and approximate time of purchase.
- Transaction ID or receipt from the payment provider.
- Description of the issue (e.g. duplicate charge, tokens not received, technical error, suspected fraud).
- Your country of residence (for legal compliance).
- We may ask for additional information or proof, such as:
- Screenshots of receipts or bank statements (with sensitive data redacted).
- Error messages or logs (if applicable).
- We will review your request and respond within a reasonable period (typically within 14 days), informing you whether:
- A refund will be granted in full or in part.
- We will instead correct the issue by crediting tokens.
- The request is declined, including the reasons where feasible.
If a refund is approved:
- It will normally be processed to your original payment method via the payment provider.
- Processing times may vary (often 5–10 business days) depending on your bank/card issuer and the payment provider.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect:
- We encourage you to contact us first at contact@lookdrop.ai so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider, we may:
- Provide evidence to the payment provider to respond to the dispute.
- Temporarily suspend or restrict your access to the Service while the dispute is under review.
- Deduct any refunded amounts from your token balance, where appropriate.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
- Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g. via the website or email).
If you continue to make purchases after the updated policy takes effect, you are deemed to accept the changes.
